Job Description:

Techni-Turn, Inc. is a small family-orientated shop looking for a candidate to set-up/operate multiple CNC Turning Centers including swiss type with live tooling and sub-spindle. Job responsibilities include set-up the turning centers and bar feeders, tool selection, reading prints and job travelers for instructions and specifications, be able to conduct dimensional inspections on parts produced. CNC Machinist will perform a complex series of machine operations on a wide variety of parts and must be able to meet precise tolerances and finishing requirements. Contact us for more information.

Requirements:

• Must be self-motivated
• Be able to set up and operate CNC machinery
• Knowledge of CNC programming & machining formulas a plus
• Ability to work from detailed part drawings & specifications
• Must be able to properly use measuring equipment
• Requires strong attention to detail, accuracy and workmanship
• Communicate with supervisor and co-workers for instruction and questions
• Keep work area clean and orderly.

Experience:

• CNC Programming and Set up knowledge: 2 years (Preferred)
